2. Community Guidelines

8. Unsolicited Submissions; Communications with Us
We strictly prohibit the submission of unsolicited creative materials, ideas, or content, including but not limited to manuscripts, stories, scripts, or proposals for advertising or marketing campaigns. Should you choose to disregard this policy and send us unsolicited submissions anyway, you acknowledge that we are not obligated to review, consider, or preserve such materials. Additionally, no confidential or fiduciary relationship exists between you and our company due to your submission.
9. No Warranties; Limitations of Liability

16. Binding Arbitration
In case of any dispute, either party may choose to resolve it through binding arbitration as governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Both parties forfeit the right to litigate the dispute in court and to a jury trial, except for matters that can be taken to small claims court.
17. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any legal action will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action, and you waive any right to serve as a representative for others in any litigation or arbitration proceeding.
18. Equitable Relief
You acknowledge that violation of this Agreement may cause us irreparable harm, for which we are entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedies we may have.
19. Miscellaneous
Failure by us to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other provision.
